Ridgewood acquired the 193-acre former Edgmont Country Club property in March 2016. Conveniently located on West Chester Pike in Edgmont, Pennsylvania, and along the main line into Philadelphia, the project has received all municipal and state approvals for a Planned Residential Development totaling 167 residential units, 73 detached single-family detached and 94 single-family attached homes. Ridgewood is currently in the final stages of completing the land development improvements while selling finished lots to Rockwell Custom Homes and Keystone Custom Homes.
