Acquired by Ridgewood in September 2021, The Villas at Wayne Hills, located in Wayne, New Jersey, is the approximately 100-acre former corporate headquarters of the GAF Roofing Company. Ridgewood purchased the property with a legal settlement in place for the development of 449 townhomes. Ridgewood has recently begun the process of planning and entitling the 449 townhomes. Upon receiving all approvals, Ridgewood will sell fully improved lots to a national homebuilder.
