Acquired in September 2021, The Villas at Wayne Hills is a transformative residential development located on approximately 100 acres in Wayne, New Jersey—the former corporate headquarters of GAF Roofing Company. Ridgewood strategically purchased the property with a legal settlement in place allowing for the development of 449 townhomes. Over the course of four years, we successfully secured full entitlements. Site improvement construction is now underway, and Ridgewood will deliver fully improved lots to a national homebuilder.
